I am approved, certified, and issued my commissions to a notary public in the state of Georgia before the Office of Georgia Superior Court Clerks' Cooperative Authority (GSCCCA).

Since 2011, I have been providing notary services to the community in the counties of Fulton and Cobb as well as in the cities of Atlanta, Sandy Spring, Dunwoody, Marietta, among others. His powers and duties have authority anywhere within the State of Georgia including and are not limited to:

  • Witness or attest signature or execution of deeds and other written instruments.

  • Divorce signing (Documents must already be prepared).

  • Affidavits (School, Residency, Passport, etc.).

  • Identification verification for employment (I-9’s).

  • Power of Attorney/Living Will.

  • Travel Consent/Immigration documents (Documents must already be prepared).

 

  • Child custody/Adoption paperwork (Documents must already be prepared).

  • ​​Car titles/Bill of Sale.

  • Take acknowledgments.

  • Administer oaths and affirmations in all matters incidental to their duties as commercial officers.

  • Witness affidavits and verifications upon oath or affirmation.

  • Certified copies, provided that the document presented for copying is original and is neither a public record nor a publicly recorded document, certified copies of which are available from an official source other than a notary; and provided that the document was photocopied under supervision of the notary.

  • Perform such other acts as notaries are authorized to perform by the laws of the State of Georgia.
