Always obsessive with his idea of persuading, inspiring and contributing to the world in a personal and professional level constantly working on the purpose to leave a legacy to the people around him.
Born in Mexico, armed with a Business and Finance degree, he took a bold leap in 1998—moving to the United States with one mission: to seize opportunities and build an unstoppable entrepreneurial journey.
Once Pablo understood the system of responsibilities and benefits of the country - while sharpening and expanding his skills - he unlocked the power to play the game at a whole new level, then he decides by the year 2000 to establish Gestion Latina LLC company based in Atlanta Georgia focusing on helping people with those office paperwork needs using his skills as an integrative bridge breaking barriers, lack of knowledge and empowering our community with smarter, faster - no obstacles, just results.
Driven by an unstoppable vision, he leveraged his bilingual and bicultural edge, earning top certifications and credentials to break into Accounting Services—unlocking new business opportunities and dominating untapped market niches.
By 2004, Pablo is granted as Income Tax Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA), obtaining a Federal license before the Internal Revenue Services (IRS), a government agency responsible for managing revenue and tax regulations of United States of America. Through that opportunity and greater experience then he decides to venture into forming his second company, ProTax Agency LLC, an income tax solutions focusing in small companies as his new client portafolio.
By 2006, the business had excellent returns on investment, that's when Pablo decided to expand the enterprise opening additional owned offices around the Atlanta metro, and integrating a new network of business associates to the company.
Based on this growth, he used this platform as leverage, becoming an Property and Casualty Insurance Agent in the state of Georgia adding this new service into his portfolio successfully achieving an one-stop-shop business service paving the way for his third company, Simply Safe Insurance, LLC.
NOTARY
Through the years as a business development specialist, Pablo understood the importance of belonging and relating to the state and government entities. By 2011, he was commissioned and certified as a notary public before the Office Superior Court Clerks Authority (GSCCCA) in the state of Georgia.
Providing notary services in cities like Atlanta, Sandy Springs, Norcross, and Marietta. Handling from acknowledgments, oaths, affirmations and signature witnessing of real estate transactions and closings.
REALTOR®
Ever since Pablo was very young he was captivated by real estate and the way entrepreneurs created their wealth through it. By 2017, he became a Realtor® as a member of Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of REALTORS® (NAMAR.) With a professional licenses in the state of Florida and Georgia. He developed a brokerage relationships with Keller Williams, Colder Banker, and recently partnering with VPR Realty LLC, venturing into real estate transactions and analyzing market trends for investors in the industry.
Finally after forming his group of companies into Arkad Enterprises LLC, he decides to pursue his dream in the real estate business.
REAL ESTATE INVESTOR
By 2021 Pablo Hernández decides to expand his business internationally looking for investment opportunities in México, taking on the task of researching and creating the investment business model of passive income and cash flow producing properties known as Maya Dream Real Estate LLC, the investor's paradise as he mentioned on the company's mission statement.
